The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International recently closed a lease between the landlord 3745-55 Richards Industrial LLC and the tenant Wenniger Electric d/b/a Wenniger Compressor Co. in Milwaukee.
The tenant will fill 30,000 square feet of industrial space at 3745-55 N. Richards St. in Milwaukee.
