The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International closed a lease between landlord the Priests of Sacred Heart and tenant Endpoint Solutions Corporation, a company that will be occupying 9,100 square feet of office space at 6871 South Lovers Lane Road in Franklin, Wis.
Dave Hazenfield, Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman of The Dickman Company, Inc. represented the tenant. Stephen Provancher and Tim Janusz of NAI MLG Commercial represented the landlord.
