The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International completed the sale of the former County Concrete site in Menomonee Falls, Wis.
The site consists of about about 25,000 square feet of space on 21 acres located at W140 N5998 Lilly Road.
W140 N5998 Lilly Road LLC purchased the real estate from Nationwide Limited Partnership. Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman represented the seller. Dan Jessup of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the buyer.
