The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, closed the sale of a 116,137-square-foot industrial building on 8.81 acres in Wauwatosa, Wis., to make way for a new Meijer store.
Meijer Stores Limited Partnership purchased the real estate from Burleigh Limited Partnership (Stroh Die Casting) to serve as the eventual home of its newest Wisconsin store.
Samuel D. Dickman and Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. of the Dickman Company represented the seller. Bob Flood of RFP Commercial represented the buyer.
