The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International completed the sale of a 13,040-square-foot industrial building on about 5.6 acres at N59 W13449 Manhardt Drive in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
Q3 Contracting Inc. purchased the building from BBC Properties East Inc.
Samuel D. Dickman, Samuel M. Dickman and Nick Keys of the Dickman Company, Inc. represented the seller, while Michael Steiner of Judson & Associates represented the buyer.
