Milwaukee’s The Dickman Company recently helped DCI Wauwatosa complete the sale of a 25,000-square-foot industrial building in Wauwatosa, Wis., to GK Property Holdings.
Brian Parrish from The Dickman Company and Paul McBride from RFP Commercial were the brokers who closed the transaction.
