The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International closed the sale of a 13,920-square-foot industrial building in Butler, Wis.
Undeground of Wisconsin, LLC purchased the building from SB Specialty Metals Holdings, LLC.
Zach Noble of the Dickman Company represented the buyer. Paul McBride of RFP Commercial represented the seller.
