The recently opened Fresh Market in the CityPlace retail center in Creve Coeur, Missouri, has sold for $9.5 million with a 5.28 percent CAP rate, a record price and CAP rate for the area.
The sale, a 15-year NNN lease with a net operating income of $501,600, was handled by the Snyder/Carlton Team, led by Jereme Snyder and Eric Carlton at Colliers International.
The 20,900-square-foot Fresh Market building sits within the 1.3-million-square-foot master planned CityPlace Campus Project.
