The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International sold four buildings consisting of 19,200 square feet on 5.45 acres at 12000 Highway G and 1596 122nd Street in Franksville, Wisconsin.
DSP Properties, LLC purchased the buildings from Dostal Ussel Properties, LLC.
Zach Noble and Zach Hansen of The Dickman Company, Inc. represented the buyer, while Christian Hlavinka of Anderson Commercial represented the seller.
