The Finger Companies hosted a ceremonial ribbon-cutting this week for The Quin, the developer’s 373-unit luxury rental community in Schaumburg, Illinois. Jill Jewett, president and co-owner of the Finger Companies, and Schaumburg Mayor Tom Dailly delivered remarks to nearly 90 guests, including members of the Schaumburg Business Association.
Attendees toured the building’s designer one- and two-bedroom model units and resident amenities, including lounges, a catering kitchen, rentable guest suite, fitness center and business center. In the community’s golf simulator room, PGA professional and Topgolf Regional Director of Instruction Jack Wilbrand was on hand to offer golf tips ahead of the spring season. Music for the event was provided by a jazz trio that included T.J. Teichert, band director and music department chair at nearby William Fremd High School, and students Mark Ariagno and Jonathan Kravchuk.
Guests also learned more about The Quin’s outdoor amenities, coming later this spring, such as the 2.5-acre park with gated dog areas, as well as landscaped courtyards with resort-style pools, outdoor kitchens and entertaining areas.
Located at 2450 Plum Grove Road, The Quin welcomed its first residents last month. The community offers one-bedroom/one-bath, one-bedroom/two-bath, two-bedroom/two-bath and two-bedroom/three-bath apartments ranging from 691 to 1,394 square feet. All residences include private balconies, with some offering dens as flex space. Starting rents range from $1,950 to $3,550.
