Plunkett Raysich Architects recently celebrated the ground-breaking of The Ideal, a mixed-use residential and retail building in Madison, Wis.
Located at the corner of Park and Drake streets, the 108,000-square-foot building will stand in one of Madison’s fastest-growing neighborhoods. The building will include 57 apartments, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The project will also include 5,034 square feet of retail and/or commercial space.
