The John Buck Co. has selected CBRE as the exclusive leasing agent to represent and lease Parkway North Center in Deerfield.
The 1.0 million-square-foot multi-building campus boasts a full service Marriot Suites Hotel, Bright Horizons day care center, jogging/walking trails, lake views, three on-site food service facilities and a 10,000-square-foot athletic club including on-site management and manned security. Parkway North Center is located with direct access to the I-94 Tri-State Tollway, Chicago Loop and O’Hare Airport with PACE bus service to and from Deerfield, Lake Cook Road and Braeside Metra stations all taking advantage of Lake County’s low taxes.
CBRE’s Michael Whisler and Adam Showalter were named representatives for the complex.
