Denny Sciscoe, director of industrial services at Omaha-based Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, was awarded with the CCIM Overall BIG Deal award.
Awards are given for the largest transaction in the office, retail, industrial and multi-family sectors, along with the overall largest transaction completed in 2019.
The Overall BIG Deal award was presented to Sciscoe for the sale of 10808 S. 132nd St., a 535,000-square-foot industrial building in Omaha for $25.16 million.
