The Meritex Company, through its Meritex Industrial Fund IV, has broken ground on Decatur Airpark, an 80,052-square-foot Class-A industrial project at 4925 Decatur Blvd. within the AmeriPlex Business Park in Indianapolis.
The development will accommodate multiple users and features near-load configuration with double-row parking, 28-foot clear height, 142-foot truck court, two spec office suites, LED lighting, ESFR sprinkler system, 14 dock-high doors and four drive-in doors.
Meritex first entered the Indianapolis market in 2003. Decatur Airpark will bring the Meritex Indianapolis footprint to more than 1 million square feet of industrial space.
