The Missner Group has begun construction on the new Berman Star Nissan and Infiniti dealership in Niles, Illinois, on behalf of Berman Auto Group.
The 63,300-square-foot dealership at 5757 W. Touhy Ave. in Niles will undergo a comprehensive renovation inclusive of new branding and finishes.
Renovation of the new Berman Star Infiniti dealership will consist of selective demolition of existing space and new construction of the interior and exterior for both the sales showroom and service areas. Additionally, the dealership will feature new storefront glazing, ACM panels, signage on the exterior, and new layout and finishes on the interior.
Construction of Berman Star Infiniti is expected to conclude in Quarter 1 of 2025.
Architectural services are being provided by Torch Architects.
The Missner Group’s Project Management team includes Project Executive Bob Papineau, Project Manager Scott Clark, Project Coordinator Maria Coan, General Superintendent Pat Howard and Senior Project Superintendent Keith Harrell.
