The Missner Group recently acquired a 10-acre parcel of land within Orchard 88 Business Park located at Orchard Road and I-88 in Aurora, Illinois.
The firm is in the process of combining four parcels, originally intended for the development of smaller build-to-suit buildings, into one for the development of a larger building. Plans to develop an 180,000 square foot, 32 foot clear, precast and glass speculative industrial property are well underway. The building will be marketed for lease and suitable for one to four tenants.
