The Missner Group has acquired 1948 Three Farms Ave. in Naperville. The acquisition was valued at $2 million.
The 10,000-square-foot medical office building is occupied by the DuPage Medical Group (DMG) and offers family medicine, PT and OT as well as lab services. DMG was formed in 1999 and has grown into one of the largest independent multi-specialty physician groups in Illinois. With more than 370 physicians and 50 locations, DuPage Medical Group provides physician-directed health care focused on quality, efficiency and access.
The Missner Group, led by President Barry Missner and Senior Vice President Edward Adler, purchased the property directly from First American Bank. The firm plans to hold the building as part of its investment portfolio.
