The Missner Group has completed three industrial leases in Chicago, Skokie, Illinois and Des Plaines, Illinois. The Missner Group owns the properties and was represented by June McCrory, vice president of property management in the lease negotiations.
In the first transaction, FHC Marketing leased 33,817 square feet of industrial space within 4711 N. Lamon in Chicago. FHC specializes in point-of-purchase marketing by designing and producing custom store fixtures, POP displays, merchandisers, sign holders and graphics from wood, plastic and metal, paper and corrugated fiberboard. The firm chose the facility for its proximity to I-90 and I-94 which provides easy access for employees as well as to the customer base.
The Missner Group also completed a lease renewal and expansion with Conya Global. A wholesale supplier and designer of quality urban women’s clothing, Conya Global renewed its 4,000 square foot space at 5520 W. Touhy Avenue in Skokie, Illinois as well as expanded by an additional 4,000 square feet to accommodate its growing operations. The firm chose to remain at this facility due to its location and on-site property management.
Lastly, The Missner Group leased a 5,646 square foot industrial space at 500 E. Touhy in Des Plaines, Illinois to Cleanse Culture Inc. Cleanse Culture provides 100% organic, vegan, gluten-free, raw, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, raw food and cleanses. The firm selected the space for its location as well as 1,272 square feet of cooler space.
