The Missner Group has announced the completion of two new leases in Des Plaines and Skokie, Illinois. June McCrory, vice president of property and asset management of The Missner Group, presided over all lease negotiations.

Native Foods Cafe, a vegan fast-food company, is leasing 6,500 square feet of commissary space at 500 E. Touhy.

The group has leased space in Des Plaines to serve as food preparation and distribution.  500 E. Touhy is a 69,000 square foot industrial/warehouse property with additional restaurant space. It’s located near the intersection of I-90 and Touhy in Des Plaines. Jonathan Kohn, Brendan Green of Colliers International represented The Missner Group and Roger Koeppen of Amata Office Solutions represented Native Foods in the transaction.

McCrory also leased 2,000 square feet of space to Promotion Activators within Touhy Plaza at 5550 W. Touhy in Skokie, Illinois. The sweepstakes administration firm is relocating from its current offices in Morton Grove. The group selected the facility for its location and proximity to its employee base. Touhy Plaza is a 50,156 four-story square foot, office property in Skokie, Illinois, located near the I-94/Touhy interchange. The four-story, precast and glass office property features ample parking and common area conference rooms for tenant use. The property is owned, leased and managed by The Missner Group. Kevin Rogers of JLL represented Promotion Activators in the lease negotiations.
