The Missner Group, in partnership with Thackeray Partners, celebrated the completion of a 180,000+-square-foot industrial development at 4002 S. Princeton Ave. in Chicago’s Fuller Park neighborhood with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 25.
Located within Chicago Stockyards Industrial Park, the project marks The Missner Group’s third development in the historic industrial district and reflects continued demand for modern industrial space on Chicago’s South Side.
Developed on a speculative basis, the facility was designed to serve a range of industrial, logistics and manufacturing users and can accommodate up to four tenants. The building is pursuing LEED Silver certification, underscoring The Missner Group’s commitment to delivering efficient, high-quality industrial space in infill locations.
“4002 S. Princeton represents the type of project we believe continues to make sense in today’s industrial market: well-located, flexible and tenant ready,” said Barry Missner, CEO of The Missner Group. “The Stockyards have long played an important role in the city’s industrial economy, and we look forward to continuing to invest in the area.”
Located near W. Root St. and S. Princeton Ave., the site benefits from its proximity to established industrial infrastructure, Chicago’s transportation network and a dense regional labor pool. The new facility adds flexible industrial capacity to a supply-constrained submarket.
“Our partnership with The Missner Group reflects a shared conviction in the strength of Chicago’s industrial market and the long-term value of delivering space in locations where tenants want to be,” said Jackson Williams, Director at Thackeray Partners. “With the building now complete, our focus is on attracting users that can take advantage of the site’s connectivity, functionality and access to Chicago’s established industrial base.”
