The Missner Group has completed construction on Rockwell Automation’s new space at the Olympian Office Center property located at 4343 Commerce Court in Lisle, Illinois. The Missner Group also owns the property, which is situated along I-88 in the East/West Tollway submarket of suburban Chicago.
The build-out encompassed the construction of private executive suites, open-office concept work areas, multiple conferencing facilities, an employee lounge and kitchen, in addition to a high-end reception area. The construction was spearheaded by Scott Nomellini, project superintendent, and Angelo Christopher, general superintendent of The Missner Group. Interior Design Group Ltd. provided the design services.
“It was a pleasure to work alongside the Rockwell Automation team to deliver their preferred working environment,” said Nomellini. “I have enjoyed working with all of the new tenants at the Olympian Office Center, constructing a variety of productive and efficient office workspaces, ultimately transforming the entire Olympian Office Center property.”
Rockwell Automation, Inc. signed a long-term lease for 21,100 square feet of the office building. Timothy Reynolds and Jon Springer of CBRE represented Rockwell Automation, Inc. in this transaction. David Florent and Francis Prock of Colliers International represented the owner in this transaction.
Acquired by The Missner Group in 2016, the Olympian Office Center underwent a wide-spread renovation, which included extensive exterior and interior improvements to modernize the space. New features include a Wi-Fi lounge, shared conferencing rooms, workout facilities complete with locker rooms and showers, new elevators, window treatments and significant lobby improvements including all new common area furniture. Occupancy has risen to 49 percent at the property.
