The Missner Group has completed a 10,237-square-foot lease renewal to Aktas North America within the Touhy Industrial Plaza located at 500 E. Touhy in Des Plaines.
Atkas North America distributes semi-truck air spring suspension products throughout 87 countries on six continents. The firm chose to remain at Touhy Industrial for its central location, proximity to the area’s business amenities and the responsive property management. Touhy Industrial Plaza is a 69,000-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial facility with frontage on Touhy Avenue. The space leased to Aktas includes 800 square feet of office space, three loading docks and one drive-in door.
The Missner Group owns, manages and leases Touhy Industrial Plaza.
