The Missner Group has completed a 30,000-square-foot office build-out for CBIZ, located on two floors within 225 W. Wacker Drive in Chicago.
CBIZ is a professional services company, providing a comprehensive range of business services, products and solutions to help clients manage finances and employees. The Missner Group was selected by CBIZ to build-out existing space on the 20th and 25th floors for its relocation from 1 S. Wacker Drive.
Construction of the space included new private offices, conference rooms, open work areas and a reception space. The Missner Group completed millwork throughout the space on doors, walls, cabinets and on a custom reception desk. The professional atmosphere also features stone flooring in the reception area and glass doors for the executive offices, conference room and in the lobby. The main conference room is accentuated with a glass wall featuring a “skyline” etching as well as automatic shades.
Chuck Ziegler was the owner’s rep from CBIZ. Jack Sbertoli, project manager, and Patrick Ennes, project engineer, led the project management team. TVS Interiors Inc. provided the architectural services. 225 W. Wacker Drive is a 31-story property located on the southeast corner of Wacker Drive and Franklin Street with typical floor plates averaging 25,000 square feet.
