The Missner Group announced the completion of a ground-up 150,000 square foot, speculative, design-build warehouse in Aurora, Illinois. Located at Diehl Road and McKesson Way in the White Oak Business Park, the property is owned by KTR Capital Partners. The Missner Group, led by President Barry Missner developed the project.
The new precast and steel structure offers immediate accessibility to I-88 via the Eola Road four-way interchange. The building features a 30′ clear height, 16 exterior docks, four drive-in doors and 35,000 pound levelers. It also offers 24-trailer parking positions and parking for 181 vehicles. The property, for lease by Brian Kling and Reed Adler of Colliers International, is divisible to 20,000 square feet and can accommodate up to four tenants with office space available to-suit.
Executive Vice President Glen Missner managed the construction of the new facility and Gary Bertoncini was the project superintendent. Harris Architects provided the architectural services and V3 was the civil engineer.
