The Missner Group completed the renovation project for Integrated Merchandising Systems (IMS) at 8338 Austin Avenue in Morton Grove, Illinois. The 34,000-square-foot renovation encompassed a complete modernization of the space that IMS has worked out of for more than 40 years.

The tenant improvement project included a comprehensive remodel of all office spaces and common areas. The Missner Group transformed the existing office area to incorporate modern open-office design and also integrated new fixtures, millwork, flooring and paint throughout the space. Adler negotiated the lease on behalf of ownership. Chris Glasder, assistant project manager for the Missner Group, led the construction team with Tony Ketchmark serving as project superintendent.
With operations across the United States, IMS is a leading provider of fully integrated digital and static retail solutions. They renewed their lease at this location through 2023.
