The Missner Group announced that a fourth new tenant, Remprex LLC, will take 33,000 square feet at Olympian Office Center, 4343 Commerce Court in Lisle, Illinois. CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction and Colliers International represented ownership.
A seven-story, 168,000-square-foot office property, Olympian Office Center is situated along I-88 in the East-West Tollway submarket of suburban Chicago. Remprex joins Anju Software, Rockwell Automation, Inc. and Application Software Technology as tenants at the property. These four recent leases total 73,200 square feet.
Pat Elwood of CBRE represented Remprex in the 11-year lease. David Florent and Francis Prock of Colliers International represented the owner in this and the previous three transactions.

Remprex’s new headquarters features private office suites with full-glass fronts, training rooms, conferencing suites, multiple break rooms and sizeable open concept office areas. The space contains contemporary fixtures such as smart glass devising walls, sliding glass door systems, aluminum overhead doors and modern appliances and millwork. Additionally, an Uninterrupted Power System was installed to allow the space 24/7 continuous power regardless of surrounding conditions.
Acquired by The Missner Group in 2016 at 30 percent occupancy, the Olympian Office Center underwent an extensive renovation, which included extensive exterior and interior improvements to modernize the space. New features include a Wi-Fi lounge, shared conferencing rooms, workout facilities complete with locker rooms and showers, new elevators, window treatments, all new parking lot and landscaping and significant lobby improvements, including all new common area furniture. Assistant project manager, Chris Glasder, and project superintendent, Scott Nomellini, oversaw construction on behalf of The Missner Group.
Remprex is a 14-year-old technology company that provides technology-enabled operations and automation for the transportation industry across North America. Their clients include all the Class I railroads and container ports on both coasts. They have about 500 employees with a presence in 70 different locations throughout the United States and Canada. Their new office will host 24/7/365 operations and their data center for their customers. Employees remotely manage and help process containers as close as Chicago, and as far as Vancouver or Los Angeles.
