The Missner Group has acquired 2323 Ravine Way in Glenview, IL. The purchase of the 45,000-square-foot, single-story, pre-cast flex building is part of a sale-lease-back with the current owner, DreamWorks Graphic Communications, a boutique printing company that specializes in high-impact print collateral.
The building was constructed in 1999 and acquired by DreamWorks in 2014, at which time The Missner Group was retained to complete the building renovations. The property currently features 26-foot clear heights, four exterior truck docks and one grade drive-in door. Additionally, the building contains 13,000 square feet of office and executive space. Ed Adler, executive vice president of The Missner Group, led the acquisition for the firm. Larry Much of NAI Hiffman represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction.
The property is situated on three acres in North Shore Corporate Park, a fully built-out business park consisting of office, medical, research and industrial buildings. The park is served by the Pace Bus System, and the property itself is within a short walking distance to the Metra Station located within the park. Additionally, North Shore Corporate Park offers easy access to both the Edens Expressway (I-94) and the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) and is located close to many amenities along Willow Road and within The Glen.
