The Missner Group and Sitex Group will jointly develop an 84,000-square-foot speculative industrial warehouse development.
The ground-up facility will be located on a 5.3-acre site at 1075 Chaddick Drive in Wheeling, Illinois. The building will be designed to accommodate both small and mid-size users, and will be available for a single or double occupancy. The warehouse will feature office space, 30-foot clear heights, efficient building dimensions, 10 exterior loading docks, two drive-in doors and 99 parking stalls.
The Missner Group’s senior project manager, Ron Cinkus, and project superintendent Dan Castrogiovanni, will lead construction on behalf of the firm. Harris Architects will provide the architectural services. Construction is underway and the development is set to be completed in early 2018.
