The Missner Group has been chosen to complete a large scale renovation for McGrath Acura of Westmont, 400 E. Ogden Ave., in Westmont, Illinois.
A new 9,100 square foot showroom will be added, which will include glass enclosed offices, a see-through fireplace, coffered ceilings, soffits with light fixtures and extensive floor treatment work.
In addition, the space will feature a 26-by-12-foot gable skylight inside the main entrance, a custom fish tank as well as high end finishes throughout. The dealership’s delivery area and a 4,000-square -foot service area will also be remodeled into state-of-the-art. The firm also plans to update the façade, parking lot as well as landscaping.
Nomellini is the principal overseeing the project. Marc Duchon is the firm’s project manager and Angelo Christopher is the project superintendent. Defilippis + Associates, Inc. is providing the architectural services. Construction is scheduled for completion in summer 2016.
