The Missner Group has been selected to complete interior renovations for two Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) healthcare facilities located at 2401 Ravine Way in Glenview, Illinois and 900 Rand Road in Des Plaines, Illinois.
Construction at IBJI’s Glenview facility will include 3,000 square feet of interior improvements including mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades, new paint and carpet throughout, as well as custom millwork. The project is scheduled for completion in December of 2015. The Missner Group is also completing extensive custom millwork and interior office improvements within the Des Plaines facility, which is slated for completion in November 2015.
Drue Stoehr, vice president of construction at The Missner Group is the project executive for the firm. He will lead the construction team which will include Project Manager Heath Yarger and Superintendent Len Corso. Brubaker Architects is providing architectural services for both properties.
