The Missner Group was selected as design/build contractor for a two-building renovation on behalf of Berman Subaru at 4330 and 4444 Irving Park Road in Chicago.
Renovations will consist of improvements to both the office and service areas of the dealership.
The project will encompass a total of 40,000 square feet and include 13,000 square feet of office updates and modernizations, as well as improvements to the conferencing and showroom spaces.
In addition, a 22,000-square-foot service area will be constructed. This new space will feature a customer lounge, café, service bays and the latest in LED lighting. The Missner Group will also install a new HVAC system and new mechanical operations.
Papineau will lead the project on behalf of The Missner Group with Steve Bulger serving as project superintendent. Becker Architects is providing the architectural services. The Subaru project is scheduled for completion in late Fall 2017.
