Opus_Avant at the Arboretum_imageThe Opus Group has completed Avant at the Arboretum, a luxury mid-rise residential development in Lisle.

The four-story, 310-unit apartment building features in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, private balconies, granite countertops, 9-foot ceilings, USB charging stations, deep kitchen sinks and 42-inch cabinets.

“We’re thrilled to have had the opportunity to partner with the village of Lisle to bring this project to fruition,” said Jim Caesar, vice president of Opus Design Build LLC. “The building features a great location and high-end amenities that will attract a variety of residents.”

Located in close proximity to the Corporate Corridor, Avant at the Arboretum provides residents with access to work and popular downtown locations. The development offers nine distinct living configurations and 310 indoor parking stalls, and features an outdoor heated swimming pool, patio area, communal gas grills, outdoor fire pit, fitness center, business center, conference center, multipurpose screening room with 106-inch projection screen TV, warming pantry, club room, bike storage area, dog park and free WiFi.

The building uses a unique structural system using a combination of materials typically not used together (precast concrete, wood trusses and metal studs) to comply with local building codes. The first residents moved in on Aug. 31. The complex is managed by Lincoln Property Companies.

Opus Development Company LLC served as the developer, Opus Design Build LLC was the contractor and BSB Design Inc. was the project architect.
