The Opus Group will break ground this month on a new residential and retail complex on the University of Minnesota’s East Bank campus.
Known as The Station on Washington, the six-story building will include 97 units of student housing and 156 bedrooms.
Students will have access to 11,200 square feet of on-site retail options, private underground parking, a fitness center and study lounge area.
“The location for this project rivals the best locations on campus for students,” said Dave Menke, senior vice president and general manager at Opus Development Corporation.
