Bernard Financial Group recently closed a $24 million loan Orion Commerce Center in Orion Township, Michigan.
The property is made up of about 890,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space off Interstate-75.
Ashley Capital LLC is the borrowing entity. Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich with Bernard Financial Group originated the loan.
