The Pizzuti Companies has started work on Broadway Station, a 120-unit multifamily development in Grove City, Ohio.
Broadway Station will include a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartment units on a 3.25-acre site west of the city hall building in Grove City.
The three-story brick buildings of the development features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and in-unit washers and dryers.
The one-bedroom units will offer about 750 square feet of space, while the two-bedroom units will range from 1,100 square feet to 1,150 square feet. The development will feature a fitness center, yoga room, club room, outdoor pavilion and grills.
