Officials from The Pizzuti Companies and Memorial Hospital of Union County broke ground Nov. 14 on a 35,000-square-foot, multi-story medical office building in the City Gate development in Marysville, Ohio.
The new facility, designed by Andrews Architects of Dublin and built by Pizzuti Construction Services, will be located at 120 Coleman’s Crossing Blvd.
Memorial Hospital of Union County plans to relocate its urgent care center, physical therapy and its Marysville Orthopedic and Sports Medicine practice to the new facility. A new outpatient imaging center to include Open MRI, CT and other modalities will allow Memorial to bring new services to the community.
Expanded sports performance training will also be housed in the new Pizzuti-developed building. According to Memorial, all of these services need additional space.
