The Redmond Company has completed the last phase of the redevelopment and refacade of the Crossroads Shopping Center in Menomonee Falls, Wis.
The center is a 260,000-square-foot retail center. The redevelopment of the center matches the update that Redmond had finished for the center’s JCPenney store.
The current project included moving an existing Pick ‘n Save grocery store and building a new store within the shopping center. It also included the renegotiation of leases with existing tenants.
