Waukesha, Wis.-based The Redmond Company recently landed a contract to handle the remodeling work of a Milwaukee shopping center.
The Redmond Company is handling the work at the 21,000-square-foot Silver Terrace Shopping Center in the city. The company will relocate existing tenants into new spaces and make preparations for a new national tenant that will set up shop on the western end of the property.
Renovation work will also include exterior facade improvements such as newly designed storefronts, masonry repair and roofing improvements.
