The Residences at Addison & Clark begin pre-leasing in Wrigleyville August 9, 2018 Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share via email RMK Management Corp. announced that pre-leasing is underway at The Residences at Addison & Clark, a new 148-unit luxury rental development positioned at the southeast corner of Addison and Clark streets in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. Located across the street from Wrigley Field, The Residences comprises the upper floors of Addison & Clark, a mixed-used development that will offer diverse shopping and entertainment options to complement the area’s sports-centric background. First move-ins will be welcomed in early September. “This iconic corner in Wrigleyville may have its history rooted in baseball, but the Addison & Clark development will transform the area into a residential and entertainment district that brings excitement all year long,” said Anthony Rossi Sr., CEO of RMK Management. “With rooftop views, thoughtfully designed floor plans, upscale amenities and scores of retail and entertainment options nearby, The Residences at Addison & Clark takes Lakeview living to a whole new level.” Developed by M & R Development, The Residences will offer studio, convertible, one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 501 to 1,409 square feet. The residences will feature engineered wood flooring in living areas, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, sizable walk-in closets, and in-unit laundry. Floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies in select homes round out the luxury features residents will enjoy. Some apartments will include a computer niche to accommodate the in-unit technology needs of work-at-home residents. In keeping with the sports history of the neighborhood, The Residences at Addison & Clark features baseball-themed amenities such as the Upper Deck, an 8,746-square-foot outdoor rooftop space featuring a pool, hot tub and grilling stations; the Training Zone, a state-of-the-art cardio and strength training facility; the Dugout, a conference room and shared technology space; the Bullpen, an outdoor dog park on the fifth floor and the Diamond Lounge, an indoor residential retreat with a community kitchen and event space. Additional amenities include a 24/7 concierge, Pressbox dry cleaning and pick-up service and a Luxer One package delivery system. The building will also have a separate space for oversized deliveries, as well as a commercial grade refrigerator and freezer for perishable items. “Lakeview has always been a popular residential neighborhood, but until now, the options for living in a Class A rental this close to the Red Line and Wrigley Field were nonexistent,” said Rossi. “With Hotel Zachary opening earlier this year and The Park at Wrigley making its debut last year, this area is definitely being reinvented and we’re excited for The Residences at Addison & Clark to be a part of its evolution. Our residents can’t wait to move in and start enjoying everything the building and neighborhood offer.” Located just a block west of the CTA’s Red Line and steps from several major bus routes, the property offers convenient access to public transportation and a complimentary bike sharing system with bike storage and TransitScreen technology to provide real-time mobility information. In addition, the building offers a resident-only garage with 64 indoor parking spaces and private elevators leading to the residential floors. A public parking garage, accessible off Clark Street, will feature 341 parking spaces. Entertainment and retail options in the Addison & Clark development include Lucky Strike Social, a 30,000-square-foot entertainment complex offering bowling and live performances; Harley Davidson, a 10,000-square-foot retail showroom; CMX Cinemas, a 32,000-square-foot luxury movie theater; Shake Shack, a 3,500-square-foot eatery; Baseballism, a 1,200-square-foot premium apparel store; Beerhead Bar & Eatery, a craft beer bar franchise slated to open in spring 2019; and Do-Rite Donuts & Chicken, a 1,734-square-foot restaurant specializing in artisan donuts and chicken sandwiches opening this fall.
