Fifield Realty celebrated the grand opening of its newest luxury rental tower, The Sinclair Apartments, with two events which took place at the building on Sept. 19 and 20.
The apartment building, located at 1201 N. LaSalle St., is 35 stories, has 390 units and 35,000 square feet of amenity space and is 30 percent leased.
“The grand opening of The Sinclair ushers in a new standard of uber-luxury, spa-style living in the Gold Coast that people have been waiting for,” said Randy Fifield, chairwoman of Fifield Realty Corp. “It’s not an easy task to raise the bar on services and interior spaces in a neighborhood that is known for its grandeur and elegance, but we embraced the challenge and created something spectacular.”
The two-night celebration six models were decorated and voted on by attendees. On Tuesday Morgante Wilson Architects won the contest and on Wednesday Michael Richman Interiors won the contest. Brianne Bishop Design was recognized for “Best design for the Single Girl”
Guests were also treated to pop-up displays of fall styles from Trunk Club with a $100 raffle each night, paddleboard yoga hosted by Chicago SUP, chair massages, and workout demos by LulaFit. Guests enjoyed drinks from the juice bar, signature cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and desserts from Mon Ami Gabi, Café Ba-Ba-Reeba and Catering by Michael’s. Perillo BMW and Bentley Gold Coast luxury car dealerships showcased new vehicles.
The grand opening events were also a time for Fifield Realty Corp. to honor the many female employees and consultants who worked on The Sinclair, including Patty McHugh, president of McHugh Construction; Elissa Morgante, co-principal of Morgante Wilson Architects; and Sheyla Conforte, leader of the interior design practice at Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB).
The luxury apartments range from 500 to 2,600 square feet and cost between $1,900 per month for a studio and $13,870 per month for a four-bedroom penthouse. Each unit has luxury finishes, stainless steel appliances, Nest thermostats, private balconies and walk-in closets for some units. Some amenities include a fitness room, yoga studio, physical therapy rooms, a screening room, resident lounge, demo kitchen, concierge and a secure garage.
