The Terrace Group has acquired 443 Fillmore, a truck terminal at 443 Fillmore Ave. East in St. Paul, Minnesota.
David Stokes and Chris Weirens from Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the sale of the property to Fillmore Partners, LLC.
The 32,056-square-foot truck terminal, which includes 1,800 square feet of office space, sits on 4 acres of land adjacent to St. Paul’s downtown airport. There are 38 dock doors and space for about 55 trailer drops.
The addition of this property brings The Terrace Gropu’s portfolio under ownership and management to more than 1.4 million square feet throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota.
