John Beltz has been named manager of community relations for The Waters on Mayowood, a 175-unit seniors living community in Rochester, Minn.
Beltz comes to the development with more than 30 years of senior management experience with such companies as Marriott, Omni and Wyndham.
Most recently, Beltz served as regional vice president of sales and marketing for a portfolio of Rochester, Minn. hotels. He was also the general manager of four-star hotels in New York City and Chicago.
