“The Wrigley Building is now 45 percent leased and continues to ride the leasing momentum that started when we completed base building renovations on July 1, 2013,” said Ari Glass, executive vice president. “With these four office deals, along with several retail prospects moving along the pipeline, we are delighted with how The Wrigley Building has been received in the brokerage community. It has become a strong player in the North Michigan Avenue/River North submarkets and successfully draws tenants from other CBD submarkets.”
The new leases and strong market interest capitalize on recently completed renovations at The Wrigley Building, 400–410 N. Michigan Ave. Its comprehensive makeover includes revitalized lobbies and common areas, upgraded infrastructure, a fitness center, tenant lounge and conference center. The plaza was redesigned with up to 70,000 square feet of retail space.
