Steve Zacher and John Adams of The Zacher Company represented the landlord, HDS, in the lease of a 21,630-square-foot industrial building in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Zacher also represented the tenant, Fort Wayne Metals Research Products, in the lease deal.
The industrial building is located at 9205 Avionics Drive in Fort Wayne.
