The Zacher Company logs severael deals near Fort Wayne

Brokers with the Zacher Company closed several recent transactions. Fletcher Moppert of the Zacher Company represented lakeland Outlets in its purchase of a 118,000-square-foot retail building at 655 W. State Road 120 in Fremont, Indiana.

Joy Neuenschwander of the Zacher Company represented both the landlord, Glenwood Partnership, and the tenant, Prudential, in the lease extension of 4,726 square feet of office space at 2420 Coliseum Blvd. in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The Zacher Company’s Dan Gabbard represented both the landlord, Lfi, LLc, and the tenant, Sky Thunder, LLC, in the lease of 2,590 square feet of retail space at 1412 W. Kern Road in Marion, Indiana.

Steve Zacher of the Zacher Company represented the tenant, Americaneagle.com, in the lease of 1,816 square feet of office space at 110 W. Main St. in Fort Wayne.
