Third Coast Development on July 6 celebrated the ground-breaking of a two-building mixed-use development near the now under construction Hampton Inn & Suites hotel in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The ground-breaking took place at 555 Michigan St. on the northwest corner of Michigan Street and Union Avenue, on the site of the building to be named Third Coast Orange. The second building, Third Coast Purple, will be built across Union at 601 Michigan St.
The two buildings will open in the spring of 2016 and will bring 26 apartments and two commercial spaces to the Grand Rapids market.
