Cutler Martin has joined East Lansing, Michigan-based Martin Commercial Properties, where his primary focus will be on investment services and business development.
Cutler joins the company founded by his grandfather, William G. Martin, in 1962. For the past 35-plus years, it has been led by Cutler’s father, Van W. Martin.
“It’s great to have the third-generation Martins here. To have the opportunity, in a family business, to work with your son is perhaps every father’s dream,” stated Van Martin. “To have your family here locally and side-by-side, is outstanding.”
Cutler Martin studied political science at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, earning a bachelor’s degree. He was a four-year letter-winner for the Wolverines hockey team, earning Academic All-Big Ten selections three years in a row.
