Adam Reid of the Thomas Duke Company closed the sale of West Gardens, a 159-unit multifamily development in Westland, Michigan. The project sold for $9.5 million.
Reid brought both the buyer and seller to this transaction.
The new owner has immediately upgraded units and made aesthetic improvements, adding value to the property.
