Brad Thompson, vice president of Millennium Properties, has announced the completion of three transactions in the Chicago area on behalf of Bayview Loan Servicing.
The first sale consisted of a commercial condo in the South Loop at 77-79 E. 16th St. A private investor purchased the 2,000-square-foot retail condo at the SWC of 16th Street and Michigan Avenue in an all cash deal. Lihua Du of Hometown Realty represented the buyer. Ken Slomka of Slomka Law provided counsel for Bayview.
Located in the South Loop, the property is in a prime location surrounded by numerous national retailers including Starbucks and Jewel-Osco, as well as Chicago’s historic Michigan Avenue retail district.
The second sale consisted of an office/retail building in southwest suburban Crestwood. Thompson sold the 5,110-square-foot property at 13820 S. Cicero Ave. to a private investor. Thompson repped both parties in the all cash transaction while Slomka counseled the seller.
The final sale Thompson closed was a multi-family property on Chicago’s south side. The six-unit property at 929 W. 95th St. closed after only three weeks of market exposure. Thompson represented all parties and Slomka provided counseling services for Bayview. This deal in particular garnered a substantial amount of interest in a short period of time.
