THOR Cos. is in the middle of construction of its 90,000-square-foot multi-tenant office and retail complex on the Minneapolis Northside. The company’s goal is to open the $36 million building in February of 2018.
The workforce on this project is a diverse one, composed of 45 percent minority workers, according to THOR’s June 30 project numbers. Small businesses and minority businesses have also won 28 percent of the contracted work awarded to date from THOR on the project.
